Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for personal loan products.
  • Create, schedule, and publish social media content (posters, short videos, and ad copywriting).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and prepare monthly analytical reports.
  • Research and analyze current social media trends to attract more potential customers.
  • Manage advertising accounts and optimize campaigns to achieve accurate targeting and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience in running ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.
  • Strong copywriting skills and basic knowledge of graphic design.
  • Experience in video editing is an added advantage.
  • Good data analysis and ad optimization skills.
  • Hardworking, proactive, and willing to work full-time in the office.

What You Bring:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing (or a related field).
  • 1+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong command of both Bahasa Melayu and English (written & spoken).
  • You're detail-oriented, creative, and data-driven – and you love getting results
