Responsibilities:

  • Group IT Infrastructure and Network Management:

  • Align IT strategy with company strategy to support business grows.

  • Design and develop adaptive IT infrastructure with lower TCO to meet fast changing of business environment.
  • Ensure the performance and smooth running of the overall system operation.
  • Strong knowledge and support in Windows 11, Office 365 and Active Directory
  • Optimize IT infrastructure to improve efficiency of system.
  • Responsible for efficiency of all hardware through standardize the procedures of software package installation, perform preventive maintenance and periodically inspection.

  • IT Application and User Support Management:

  • Ensure that service level and standard are measured and met to improve support response time.

  • Determine delivery of local services maintenance through engaging proper 3rd party support and maintenance agreement to meet the business requirement.

  • IT Security Management:

  • Propose, draft and update company IT policy and procedures.

  • Propose, implement security solution to protect system and network from intrusion and to reduce IT risk.

  • IT Procurement and Inventory Management:

  • Ensure that all installed software is compliance to regulatory requirement.

  • Conduct periodically checks on software usages to prevent unathorised use of software.
  • Ensure proper documentation of program and application.

  • IT Project Management:

  • Responsible for project management for all IT project undertaken by group to ensure business requirement are met and delivery on time.

  • Budget Management:

  • Analyse and allocate budget for new IT requirement.

  • Planning for replacing software and hardware that due for retirement.

  • IT Strategy and Performance Management:

  • Establish and execute IT strategy plan to align with company strategy.

  • Establish, communicate, coach and monitor measurable performance objectives for individual staff in line with company strategy.
  • Ensure business processes are written, upgraded and maintained as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Advance Diploma/Dipolma in computer science or has at least 5+ years working experience in IT management.
  • Implement complex LAN/WAN/WIFI/VOIP network environment.
  • Knowledge in managing and implementing Financial accounting system for property developer industry is required.
  • Managing and implement application such as HRMS, CRM, Property Management and F&B (Point of Sales) system.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex technical initiative to non-technical managers.
  • Implementing server virtualization to reduce total cost of ownership of IT and initiate green IT environment.
  • Design and implement security system such as firewall, remote access and endpoint security.
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills.
