Customer Service Coordinator (Shipping)
Location: Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh Graduate
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing booking processes, export/import documentation, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities
Booking Process
- Create bookings based on customer instructions
- Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and country-specific requirements
- Process amendments or cancellations promptly
- Prioritize tasks using urgency and FIFO discipline
- Track errors and drive continuous improvement
Export Documentation
- Prepare Bills of Lading (BLs) according to customer shipping instructions
- Validate BLs against compliance requirements
- Update revenues accurately per shipping instructions
- Maintain records in databases/Excel with error-free outputs
Import Documentation
- Prepare arrival notices and import invoices on time
- Ensure invoices are raised accurately following checklists
- Record productivity in relevant applications
- Support regional requirements with timely execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service or operations; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in a 24/7 operational environment is an advantage.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts.
- Strong typing and keyboarding skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
