CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

  • Lead the full spectrum of contract administration from pre-contract to post-contract stages.
  • Prepare review and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with project objectives and risk mitigation.
  • Manage contractual correspondence claims variations orders (VO) and extensions of time (EOT).
  • Coordinate procurement strategy and contract awarding processes.
  • Work closely with project team, subcontractors and external consultants to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and timely project delivery.
  • Provide contractual advice and risk assessments to project stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure cost and commercial control throughout the project including budgeting forecasting and cost reporting.
  • Represent the company in contractual discussions dispute resolution and negotiations with clients, consultants and subcontractors when required.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation in line with legal and company requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in construction industry.
  • Data Center construction project experience is Plus.
  • Strong negotiation analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in English language.
