Business Development Executive

Job description:
The Business Development is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client contracts, and supporting revenue growth through strategic partnerships. This role involves contract preparation, negotiation support, client relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies
- Support sales presentations, pitches, and business meetings
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or contract administration
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of contract terms and business agreements
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and sales performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
