About This Opportunity

STM Lottery Sdn. Bhd. is Malaysia's leading number forecast operator with nationwide presence, serving diverse communities through our extensive retail network. We are seeking a dedicated Area Sales Officer to support our Kuching district sales operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery while driving outlet performance and business growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Monitor business operations of agent outlets and ensure compliance of company policies and operating procedures
  • Motivate and coach agents and their front-line staff to meet the objectives of improving and optimizing the overall outlet performance
  • Develop and maintain good business relationship with agents and customers
  • Conduct periodic field visits to ensure compliance of outlet operating requirements and gather market intelligence
  • Prepare sales and inventory reports

What We're Looking For:

  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years related working experience, preferably in sales operations
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command of English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Possess own transport, familiar with and able to travel to local areas (Lundu, Sri Aman, Serian, Kota Samarahan and etc)
