As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the hotel's reception area, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate the front office team, ensuring efficient and courteous service to all guests
  2. Manage the check-in and check-out process, including guest registration, room assignments, and billing
  3. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests, and ensure prompt resolution
  4. Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the front office area
  5. Assist in training and developing front office staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of front office policies and procedures
  8. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the hotel

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns effectively
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  4. Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer applications
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  6. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
  7. Proven track record of providing exceptional guest service and creating a positive experience
