Key Account Manager

To lead and grow offline retail partnerships by managing key accounts, driving in-store performance, and executing brand strategies to increase sales and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow offline accounts such as Watsons, Guardian, Sasa, and other beauty retailers.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Plan and coordinate in-store marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.
- Oversee POSM development (e.g., posters, wobblers) to ensure consistent and impactful brand presence.
- Monitor stock levels, analyze sell-through performance, and coordinate replenishment and bundling strategies.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Prepare and present performance reports and growth strategies to management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5, RM10,000.00 per month
