- Prepare accurate quotations
- Create Delivery Order and hand off to store/driver; track simple ETAs; follow up (+24h, +3d, +7d)
- Upload 20 SKUs per week (photos, specs, tags, SIRIM/ratings notes) to website/Shopee/Google Business Profile
- Post simple weekly promos (contractor bundle, homeowner smart-light set) and answer basic product questions online
- Routine Purchasing
Job Requirements
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to converse in Cantonese is a plus
- Prior working experience as a sales admin
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Team player
