Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Leader who can drive B2C growth, manage an inside sales team, and contribute to revenue through hands-on sales.
The ideal candidate combines team leadership with strong individual sales skills.
This role has a clear growth path toward Head of Sales for candidates who can scale processes, teams, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a 5–10 person B2C inside sales team.
- Ensure daily performance, target achievement, and stable conversion metrics.
- Manage the full revenue pipeline: funnel health, conversion rates, margin, average ticket, and productivity.
- Act as an individual contributor when needed, demonstrating best practices.
- Build a structured, KPI-driven work environment with regular coaching and performance reviews.
- Analyze sales data and implement improvements.
- Hire, onboard, and scale the team as demand increases.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations on lead quality and the buyer journey.
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, and SOPs.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2C or fast-paced consumer sales.
- Background as a Sales Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager of 10+ people.
- Strong individual sales skills.
- Proven experience managing revenue metrics and conversion funnels.
- Experience hiring and developing sales teams.
- Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment.
- English at a conversational level or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in EdTech, online education, or subscription-based products.
- Experience scaling teams in a high-growth company.
- Experience building sales frameworks or playbooks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales tools.
