Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the procurement team to ensure high-quality performance and efficiency.

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals, including cost optimization and supplier development.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and subcontractors based on quality, cost, compliance, and delivery capability.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms while mitigating risks.

Oversee procurement of engineering materials, equipment, and services to support projects and operations.

Track procurement performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Collaborate with engineering, project management, finance, and other teams to align procurement with project timelines and technical needs.

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and conduct periodic supplier assessments.

Develop and implement risk management strategies related to supply chain and procurement operations.

Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and emerging suppliers to enhance competitiveness and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

10+ years of procurement experience, with at least 5–7 years in engineering procurement or related technical environments. (EPCC)

Core Skills & Competencies:

Solid understanding of engineering concepts and technical specifications.

Strong expertise in procurement processes, supply chain management, and logistics.

Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making.

Effective leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Proven ability to manage and resolve complex procurement challenges.

Proficiency with procurement software and MS Office tools.

High level of integrity and ethical conduct in procurement
