General Requirements

  • 18 years old and above
  • Responsible, disciplined, trustworthy, and proactive
  • Able to work effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Physically healthy
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Degree Only)

Required Skills & Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Telesales/Telemarketing is an advantage
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Malay
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
  • Able to work within deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Willing to work overtime to achieve sales targets
  • Able to follow instructions and adhere to company policies
  • Committed to completing tasks with consistency and professionalism
