About the role

As the EXECUTIVE, CORPORATE BROKING at ANIKA INSURANCE BROKERS SDN BHD, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive brokerage services to corporate clients. This full-time role is based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Designing and negotiating tailored insurance solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client
  • Liaising with insurance providers to obtain the best coverage and rates for clients
  • Facilitating the placement of insurance policies and managing the renewal process
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of their insurance portfolio
  • Preparing detailed reports and documentation to support client interactions
  • Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the corporate broking team

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate general insurance broking or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with clients and insurance providers
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail to understand complex client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in using insurance industry software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
