Key Responsibilities

  • End to End Process Mapping : Working on mapping and analysis of end to end processes within the bank's operations, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies that hinder optimal performance.
  • Re engineering Initiatives : Working with cross functional teams to design and implement re engineering initiatives, leveraging digital solutions to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
  • Technology Integration : Collaborate with IT and technology teams to evaluate, select, and integrate digital tools, platforms, and technologies that support process automation and digitization.
  • Customer Centric Design : Champion a customer centric approach to digital re engineering, ensuring that customer experiences and feedback are at the core of process improvements.
  • Data Driven Decision Making : Define and utilize data analytics and insights to identify improvement opportunities, measure performance, and make data driven decisions throughout the re engineering process.
  • Project Management : Planning, executing, and overseeing tasks, resources and stakeholders involved in a project to ensure successful completion.
  • Performance Measurement : Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital re engineering efforts, regularly assessing the impact on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging teams to explore new ideas and embrace change

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in large scale digital transformation and process re engineering initiatives within the financial services industry or comparable sectors.
  • Experience in mapping end to end processes, identifying optimization opportunities, and implementing digital solutions for process automation.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, such as robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (gen / agentic AI ), machine learning, and data
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross functional teams.
  • Ability to anticipate market trends and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Possess project management skills, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Change management skills with the ability to navigate through organizational complexities and drive cultural change.
  • Problem solving mindset , with a passion for overcoming challenges and driving meaningful transformation.
