The Role

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us identify and engage the next generation of SimplifyNext talent. Based in Kuala Lumpur and reporting to our TA Senior Manager, you'll drive end-to-end hiring for interns, fresh graduates, and early-career professionals across our technology, consulting, and corporate teams.

This role combines relationship-building with strategy. You'll be the bridge between SimplifyNext and universities, polytechnics, and tech communities across Malaysia – running campus drives, career fairs, and hackathon initiatives, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify early-career talent needs and role success profiles
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and junior roles across Malaysia and the region
  • Build and manage relationships with universities, career centers, and student clubs
  • Plan and execute campus engagement activities (career fairs, roadshows, hackathons, workshops)
  • Craft engaging job posts and campaigns that appeal to early-career audiences
  • Screen and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit
  • Manage interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate data in our ATS and track key hiring metrics
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media content and event materials
  • Leverage SimplifyNext's AI-powered tools and workflows to streamline recruiting

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to early-career or campus hiring
  • Strong relationship-building skills – with universities, hiring teams, and candidates alike
  • Experience organizing or supporting campus events, career fairs, or hackathons
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to represent SimplifyNext authentically
  • A data-driven mindset and curiosity about digital tools and recruitment automation
  • Energy, creativity, and passion for helping young professionals kickstart their careers
