Role Description:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth in the pet products market.

Job Description:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the pet manufacturing sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and expand business contacts.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • Have experience in sales or business development, ideally within the pet industry or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of pet product market and customer base.
  • Have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
  • Willing to travel and have own transportation.
