Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:
•Analyze service metrics and prepare reports for management, suggesting improvements where necessary.
•Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs from the sales process to post-sales service.
•Prepare regular reports on customer service performance, highlighting key areas for improvement.
•Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure the service team is meeting goals and standards.
•Ensure accurate and timely communication with internal teams regarding customer needs and service expectations.
•Work with the sales team to resolve any issues that could affect long-term customer loyalty.
•Other ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
•High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or an associate's degree in a
•relevant field (e.g., electrical, mechanical) preferred.
•Min 5 years of experience in management role.
•Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems.
•Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
•Strong communication and customer service skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
•Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in the industry.
