What You'll Be Doing

Project Management & Strategy Execution

  • Own the full project lifecycle—from planning to reporting
  • Build and manage Excel trackers to monitor timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and follow-ups to keep projects moving
  • Drive confidential, high-impact initiatives that shape company growth
  • Present progress with polished, data-backed presentations

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify new opportunities (80% local, 20% international) that align with Eskayvie's mission
  • Research trends, analyze competitors, and scout potential partnerships
  • Support strategic collaboration with industry stakeholders
  • Create solid business plans, proposals, and pitch decks for market expansion

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Be the bridge between internal teams, agencies, vendors, and partners
  • Keep communication clear, timely, and professional
  • Prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations for management and stakeholders
  • Document meetings, actions, and progress accurately

What You'll Need

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in business development, strategic projects, or project management is preferred. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience may be considered for a junior role.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with precision
