Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting operations behind the scenes? Join our After-Sales team and play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between customers, technicians, and internal departments.

After-Sales Department (Admin Support)

  • Prepare & issue service quotations, including repair work and spare parts pricing.
  • Request updated pricing from the Purchasing Department.
  • Assign job numbers for outgoing technicians.
  • Handle customer service requests, logging crane issues and coordinating with the Senior Foreman/Sales Engineer.
  • Verify & process Work Dockets and Service Dockets, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
  • Ensure work dockets & delivery orders are completed before dispatching cranes for site repairs.
  • Update & track the Aftersales Activity Log, including crane status and warranty claims.
  • Log and monitor customer complaints for timely resolution.
  • Prepare Sales Orders for service billing.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in administrative or customer service roles.
  • Fresh graduated also welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry systems.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidate can proficient in Mandarin is added advantages for communication with oversea suppliers.
