About the role

As a Project Executive (Site Engineer) at WIN TOP SDN BHD', you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects (C&S) in Telupid District, Sabah (Bridge Works for Pan Borneo Sabah). Reporting to the assigned Superior, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. This is a contract position based on-site in Telupid District.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and construction crews to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to specification
  2. Monitor and report on progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that arise
  3. Ensure site safety protocols are strictly adhered to and that all works comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
  4. Liaise with clients, consultants and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any concerns
  5. Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, optimizing costs and logistics
  6. Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets
  7. Provide mentoring and support to members of the construction team

What we're looking for

  1. Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline
  2. Minimum 1 years' experience as a Site Engineer or Project Coordinator in the construction industry (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
  3. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
  4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
  5. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders
  6. Familiarity with project management software and tools
  7. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written
