What you'll be doing

  • Manage the planning, coordination and execution of engineering projects from start to finish
  • Prepare detailed project plans, schedules and budgets, and monitor progress against these targets
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including procurement, construction and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure projects comply with all relevant safety, regulatory and quality requirements
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project status and outcomes

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the engineering industry
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets and resources, and deliver projects on time and to a high standard
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and identify effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools
  • A passion for engineering and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
