Job Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support our business in the Indian market. This role is based in Malaysia and involves close coordination between our Indian branch and headquarters. The ideal candidate will manage sales operations, ensure efficient order processing, generate accurate data analysis reports, and assist in developing sales strategies. This position requires occasional travel to India (3–4 times annually), making strong cross-cultural communication skills essential.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide daily sales operations support for the Indian market and coordinate communication between the Indian branch and HQ.Monitor sales data for the India region and regularly prepare detailed sales analysis and performance reports.Manage the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring timely processing within 24 hours.Assist in formulating sales strategies tailored to the Indian market and contribute to achieving sales targets.Support cross-functional teams in aligning sales activities with company objectives.Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across branches, maintaining strong business relationships.Qualifications & Experiences Needed:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations for overseas or regional markets.Familiarity with the Indian market is a strong plus.Prefer experience in the manufacturing industry.Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and report generation.Strong business-level English communication skills (written and spoken).Excellent cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to collaborate in an international environment.Willingness to travel to India 3–4 times per year (each trip 1–2 weeks).Candidates with export trade experience are encouraged to apply.
