Business Development and Performance Marketing Executive

About the role
JACAR brand is looking for a passionate Executive, Business Development and Performance Marketing to drive business growth through tactical/performance-driven marketing bridging opportunities between digital visibility and offline sales.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with retail and operations teams to align digital campaigns with store promotions or launches
- Manage email marketing and CRM campaigns to drive repeat sales and customer retention
- Support retail expansion initiatives — including pop-ups, roadshow or collaborations
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns that support retail sales and brand growth
- Monitor campaign performance and produce marketing reports to guide decision-making
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
- Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to attract and convert new customers
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals
- Tracking and analysing sales and marketing performance metrics to continuously improve strategies
- Collaborating with the wider team to develop innovative sales and marketing initiatives
- Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiar with digital marketing tools and retail trends
- Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, creative & data-driven
- Bonus: Experience in brand partnerships or retail expansion
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the automotive or related industry
- Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with potential and existing clients
- Creative and analytical mindset to develop and optimise marketing campaigns
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, such as social media, SEO, and Google Analytics
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
