Head Of Branch

To be in-charges, ensure and cover all aspects of the branch day to day operations activities which include :-
a)Administration of the branch. b)Business development. c)Education and enforcing guidelines, policies and procedures. d)Exploit strategic planning abilities by providing strategic direction towards the Bank's product and services. e)Identify business opportunities from high network and institutional clients. f)Develop new markets. g)Establish further commercial relationships with new and existing network of contacts / businesses. h)Create innovative business / corporate development strategies. i)Formulating and directing tactical strategies for the Bank's business expansion. j)Provide further advice and analysis on feasibility studies relating to business/corporate development, product/services development and opportunities to Group entities. k)Make reports, submission and recommendations to the Board on your market intelligence findings and information on product/services enhancement and all new business opportunities relating to the Bank's business activities. l)Observe and comply at all times with all acts, laws, articles of associations, rules and regulations affecting the Bank's business and the securities and banking industries and be conversant with all statutory modifications m)Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, laws, Rules of the Exchange(s) and Depository, directives and guidelines issued by the regulatory bodies, Information Technology Security Standard Code (ITSS) and the Bank's internal policies and procedures. n)Managing the smooth running of the operational functions and development of the branch. ●Other function(s)
