JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) To handle SPA from initial stage to completion loan documentations, perfections and auction cases;

2) To liaise with clients, developers, bankers and other parties involved;

3) To maintain / updated file status in a timely manner; and

4) To assist in any other ad hoc duties assigned as and when required to do so.

5) Legal Representation: Provide comprehensive legal representation to developers, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders involved in real estate development projects. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as advising on legal risks and liabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

1) At least 2-3 years experience in conveyancing/Subsale.

2) Able to work independently, meticulous and able to work well as a team

3) Responsible, Good organizational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
