About the role

As a Sales Development Executive (Outside Sales) at Bossard (M) Sdn. Bhd., you will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This exciting full-time position is in Puchong, Selangor, or Simpang Ampat. What you'll be doing

  • Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Engaging with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
  • Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining and developing existing client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborating with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy
  • Providing timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the sales industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in using sales management tools and CRM software to track and manage sales activities
  • A self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs
  • Familiarity with the local sales industry and market trends
