About the role
As a Sales Development Executive (Outside Sales) at Bossard (M) Sdn. Bhd., you will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This exciting full-time position is in Puchong, Selangor, or Simpang Ampat. Pulau Pinang offers you the chance to contribute to the growth and success of a leading company in the sales and account management industry.
What you'll be doing
- Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
- Engaging with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintaining and developing existing client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborating with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy
- Providing timely and accurate reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the sales industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficient in using sales management tools and CRM software to track and manage sales activities
- A self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer needs
- Familiarity with the local sales industry and market trends
