We are seeking a
Senior Executive, People & Talent
to play a key role in shaping our workforce and workplace culture. This position is responsible for driving
end-to-end recruitment
,
talent management initiatives
, and
compensation & benefits programs
, while ensuring compliance with the Employment Act.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, succession planning, and dispute resolution.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and competitiveness.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and maintain HR compliance and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of HR experience in recruitment, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Preferred:

  • Experience in both recruitment agency and in-house HR.
  • Exposure to HRIS / ATS systems and HR analytics.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI).
  • Experience in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
