Responsibilities
  • Conduct client prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
  • Perform property/product showings to potential clients (adjust if related to construction/engineering—let me know and I'll tailor it).
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and offer documents accurately and on time.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and CRM outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads to ensure fit and readiness before progressing to sales stages.
  • Schedule and manage appointments with clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Maintain timely updates of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
Requirements
  • Must possess own transportation and valid driving license.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in property, engineering, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Able to conduct client meetings and site visits when required.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads at once.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email).
