Qualifications
- Possess a Diploma in Accounting or professional qualification (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in audit and accounting
- Knowledge of developer and management corporation accounts is an advantage
- Able to handle a full set of accounts, including the preparation of forecasts and budgets
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office applications and IFCA accounting
systems
- Able to work independently with a high degree of commitment to meet reporting deadlines
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as and when required
