Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and drafting press releases, newsletters, and corporate announcements.
  • Support in managing the company's social media platforms and website updates.
  • Help in developing communication materials such as posters, brochures, and presentations.
  • Assist in coordinating corporate events, campaigns, CSR programs, and internal staff engagement activities.
  • Support internal communication efforts, including preparing memos, internal updates, and bulletin content.
  • Monitor media coverage and assist in compiling media reports and clippings.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company's branding materials and photo/video library.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent corporate messaging.
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Communication team.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
