About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to own the product lifecycle. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, driving the strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy

  • Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, effectively communicating it to stakeholders and the team.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Define and design end-to-end product solutions, focusing on user experience, game mechanics, monetization, and risk management.
  • Architect secure, compliant, and user-friendly financial flows and SMS communication systems.

Execution & Lifecycle Management

  • Translate the product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes for the development team.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (Development, Design, QA, Operations) throughout the entire product development process.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on data and business impact, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Oversee product testing, quality assurance, and launch processes to ensure a high-quality user experience.

Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics (user engagement, conversion, retention) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize user feedback and data-driven insights to iterate on product features and drive growth.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to fuel innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Malaysian Chinese.
  • Must be fluent in spoken Chinese to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Maximum age of 37 years old.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Manager role.
  • Proven end-to-end experience in product lifecycle management.

  • Practical experience working with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is essential.

  • Mandatory hands-on experience with:

  • Payment Gateway Integration: Overseeing the implementation and optimization of payment solutions (e.g., credit cards, FPX, e-wallets).

  • SMS Service Integration: Managing integrations with SMS providers for transactional messaging (OTP, alerts, notifications).
  • Proficiency in using prototyping tools like Axure, Figma, or Sketch is a plus.
  • Solid technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineers on front-end and back-end development matters.
