What are your responsibilities?

• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle — from product discovery and concept validation to launch — for both new product opportunities and enhancements to existing offerings, based on market analysis and customer feedback.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product releases, market rollouts, and seasonal campaigns.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, UI/UX, Developers, Data Engineers, and QA, to deliver successful product launches, campaigns, and enhancements.
• Define and execute personalization initiatives, retention-boosting strategies, and rapid engagement campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support campaign tracking, product communication, and issue management.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance post-launch, using data insights to iterate and improve product performance.
• Lead product discovery activities, including customer research, stakeholder workshops, and prototype validation to identify user needs and prioritize impactful solutions.
• Lead product experimentation and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, product excellence, and data-driven decision-making.
• Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress clearly to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings to guide strategic decisions.

What are the requirements?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
• Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams and modern product development processes.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into product outcomes, balancing user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making and comfortable analyzing metrics to inform product improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align multiple teams toward common goals.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing multiple stakeholders and brands.
