Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipping/receiving processes.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a high level of productivity and safety.
  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance management and staff discipline.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and staff development.
  • Ensure high-quality service levels for clients by overseeing accurate and timely order processing and addressing any customer concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety (OHS), and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor and ensure data in the system is updated by staff, inventory report, billing and invoices monitoring.
  • Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, costing and expenses.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a recognized Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the 3PL is required for this position.
  • Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and able to handle stressful conditions.
  • This position may be required to work additional hours or weekends depending on operational demands.
  • Able to work independently and in a group, result-oriented and highly motivated.
  • Language Proficiency: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin is required for this position to communicate effectively with Chinese speaking clients.
