Department OverviewTo encapsulate the strategic role of Sales Operations for your essay, the key point is that the function serves as the operational backbone and commercial conscience of the sales organization. Its responsibilities—encompassing rigorous Business Forecasting (CORE, COMMITS, LRP), deep Data Analytics, and meticulous Pipeline Management—ensure that sales efforts are not only visible but also strategically aligned with corporate objectives. By managing Pricing and P&L, Sales Ops actively balances market competitiveness with profitability, while SIP Management links individual performance directly to financial targets. Ultimately, the function's mandate for Collaboration makes it the critical integrator, translating strategic goals into measurable, profitable execution and thereby achieving true operational excellence across the entire commercial lifecycle.Job DescriptionBusiness analytics of product mix (sales & revenue), pricing & financials trendDevelop a sustainable/repeatable P&L modeling for new/existing business unitsDrive key improvements on the bid and quote/pricing processes and tools to improve recommendations and decision making cycle timeWork with cross functional teams to support the implementation of proposed processes that include creating the training/support materials and developing business rules & monitoring their effectiveness.May be required to assess competitor price positions & price strategy, draw similarities and differences and make recommendation as needed.Basic RequirementsCurrently undergoing Bachelor Degree program in Business Management, Finance or any related field.Internship period of minimum 12 weeksCurrent CGPA > 3.00High analytical skills, with advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel.Good with numbers and attention to detailsAbility to present and articulate thought process and data analyticsStrong communication, presentation and influencing skillsPrefer candidate who can start internship from Dec or JanuaryPlease state in your resume the duration of your internship period with start and end date, and your current CGPA when applying. #LI-MK2Travel RequirementsNoneRelocation ProvidedNonePosition TypeInternReferral Payment PlanNoEEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
