We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple outlets . You will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team in alignment with company goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of all branches/outlets under your region.
  • Achieve regional sales, profit, and performance KPIs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and team members.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance, service quality, and brand consistency.
  • Implement and monitor strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost control.
  • Analyze sales and performance reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Ensure effective staff scheduling, inventory management, and SOP adherence.
  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, and supply chain departments for regional support and improvements.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of multi-outlet management experience (F&B/Retail preferred).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Proficient in operations reporting and performance monitoring.
