We're looking for a Senior KOL & Influencer Marketing Executive to manage our influencer network, campaign collaborations, and social activations.

This role sits within the Marketing & Business Development team and works closely with digital, brand, and sales functions to ensure KOL campaigns drive awareness, engagement, and real market results.

What You'll Do

  • Influencer Outreach & Development

Responsible for identifying, screening, and inviting TikTok creators that align with the store's brand positioning and product needs, and establishing long-term collaboration relationships.

  • Collaboration Communication & Follow-up

Communicate with influencers on collaboration details, including partnership formats, product promotion plans, and video content ideas. Ensure smooth cooperation, follow up on progress, and resolve any issues that arise during the collaboration process.

  • Influencer Relationship Management

Maintain regular communication and engagement with influencers to build strong relationships, enhance loyalty, and encourage long-term collaboration.

  • Performance Evaluation

Evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns by analyzing the performance data of different influencers and content types. Provide insights and data support for future collaborations and content strategies.

  • Data Monitoring & Strategy Optimization

Continuously optimize influencer collaboration strategies, product selection, and content creation based on data analysis to improve store performance and achieve sustainable business growth.
