Job Summary
As Admissions Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving the student enrolment targets for R.E.A.L Kids – you will manage the end-to-end new enrolment process for your assigned zone(s). You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to generate leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and ensure a high conversion rate to meet your targets. You are a self-starter, highly motivated and well-organised individual with excellent communication skills and strong sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic planning & target achievement:
- Achieve the total leads and joiners target set by Management.
- Achieve the maximum conversion rate set by Management from total leads to registered joiners.
- Develop and implement strategic admission plans to meet and exceed annual enrolment goals.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and demographic data to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on admission activities, progress against targets, and provide actionable insights to management.
2. Lead generation & nurturing:
- Proactively identify and develop new lead sources and opportunities to expand the prospective parent database.
- Identify, develop, and manage various lead generation channels, including offline activities, online platforms, community partnerships, school events, and referrals.
- Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns, open houses, and informational sessions to attract prospective parents.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling admission materials, digital content, and advertisements.
- Actively participate in roadshows, educational fairs, and other external events to generate new leads and promote R.E.A.L Kids.
- Conduct consistent and timely follow-ups on all existing leads (enquiries, bookings, visitors, past prospects) to nurture relationships, and drive conversion.
- Proactively follow up on all enquiries, providing timely and comprehensive updates about R.E.A.L Kids programmes and offerings.
3. Admission process management:
- Oversee the entire admission lifecycle, from initial enquiry and centre tours to application, assessment (if any), and registration.
- Process admissions promptly, ensuring all application requirements are met and in good order.
- Ensure a smooth, efficient, and parent-friendly admission experience.
- Manage and maintain the admission database, specifically utilising the Illumine System to track and update the lead pipeline from initial enquiry to "Booked Visit", "Visited", and "Admitted" stages, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct engaging and informative centre tours for prospective parents and students.
- Answer queries, and address concerns from prospective parents with professionalism and expertise.
4. Parent engagement & relationship building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current parents, acting as a primary point of contact for admission-related enquiries.
- Develop strategies to convert enquiries into enrolments through effective communication and personalised engagement.
- Gather feedback from parents and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the admission process.
- Represent R.E.A.L Kids positively at internal and external events, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
5. Team collaboration & cross-functional alignment
- Collaborate closely with peers, centre principals, area managers, academic teams, and administrative staff to align on enrolment strategies, and ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
- Train and mentor admission support staff (if any) to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in centre-specific and company-wide initiatives and meetings as required.
6. Centre support & marketing operations
- Support the HQ Marketing team, CRM team and centre Principals on all brand activations and events, driving conversion from lead generation to bookings to enrolment.
- Represent and promote the Company at event launches, trade fairs and exhibitions.
- To be involved in other ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by the Company.
