Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential clients for electric buses and smart fleet management solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, public transport operators, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct market research and provide feedback on client needs and industry trends.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business development goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience (B2B or government project experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and develop effective sales strategies
  • Knowledge or interest in electric vehicles, fleet solutions, or transport technology is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and be willing to travel as needed
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) is required for business communication.
