Job Description 工作职责

  • Raise Purchase Requisition to purchase raw materials and components required for productions.

    提出采购申请(Purchase Requisition),以采购生产所需的原材料及组件。
  • Maintain daily production yield report.

    维护并更新每日生产产量报表。
  • Compile monthly reports like volume report, man-hours report, and yield report.

    汇总并编制每月报表,如产量报表、工时报表及产出率报表。
  • Monitor the timely deliveries of raw materials and components to meet production plan.

    监控原材料及组件的及时到货,以确保生产计划顺利进行。
  • Maintain and update the BOMs and cost calculation for all products.

    维护及更新所有产品的物料清单(BOM)及成本计算。
  • Liaise with Finance on all cost problems/issues in Production Order.

    与财务部门协调,处理生产订单相关的成本问题。
  • Any other duties as assigned.

    完成上级交办的其他工作事项。

Job Requirements 任职要求

  • Diploma/degree holder in related field.

    相关专业文凭或学士学位。
  • Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in food factory or relevant industries.

    至少 1 至 2 年食品工厂或相关行业工作经验。
  • Familiar with FMCG working environment.

    熟悉快速消费品(FMCG)生产环境者优先。
  • Required language(s): English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

    需熟练使用英语及中文进行沟通与书写。
