Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the full range of Company health supplement products to provide accurate and professional product guidance to customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through online and social media platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, TikTok), ensuring clear, friendly, and helpful communication.
  • Recommend suitable company products based on customer needs and health concerns to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to strengthen brand loyalty and encourage long-term engagement.
  • Engage and grow online customer communities through content interaction, personalized follow-ups, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with the Product and Marketing Teams to share customer insights and support continuous improvement of product information and campaign strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communication, orders, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth service operations.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly service reports to the Supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and brand standards in all customer interactions.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

  • 与客户保持良好关系,建立信任感,提升品牌忠诚度及长期合作机会。
  • 主动开发并维护线上客户群体,通过私域运营、内容互动、活动推广等方式提升客户粘性与订单量。
  • 与产品/市场团队紧密合作,反馈客户常见问题及市场趋势,以优化产品信息及营销策略。
  • 准确记录客户互动内容、订单需求及跟进事项,确保信息及时更新与整理。
  • 准时提交每日/每周的客服工作及客户反馈报告给主管,以支持公司目标达成。
  • 遵守公司各项流程及商业礼仪规范,维持品牌专业形象。
  • 完成上级指派的任何临时任务。

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
