We are a growing Malaysian engineering and industrial supply company specializing in warehouse racking systems, steel pallets, and industrial lubricants. As we prepare to scale, we are looking for an experienced Part-Time Sales Lead to help us build a structured, sustainable sales function.

This role is ideal for a senior sales professional who enjoys building systems, mentoring, and contributing strategically — without a full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities


• Design and improve our sales process and pipeline


• Define target industries and sales approach


• Develop sales SOPs, scripts, and KPI frameworks


• Coach and guide junior sales staff


• Support deal closing when required (B2B, technical sales)

Requirements


• Minimum 8 years experience in B2B industrial / manufacturing sales


• Prior experience leading or building a sales team


• Comfortable with technical or engineering-based products


• Able to work independently with minimal supervision


• Strong structure, discipline, and execution mindset

• Part-time / consulting / fractional role
