Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur with some flexibility for remote work. As an Assistant Key Account Manager, you will assist in managing and growing strategic partnerships with key accounts, implementing effective business plans, and driving sales growth for assigned portfolios. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, providing superior customer service, ensuring proper execution of account-specific plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts handling skills to actively manage and nurture client relationships.
  • Proficient Business Planning and Analytical Skills to identify market trends and opportunities, and create data-driven strategies.
  • Customer Service and interpersonal skills to provide top-tier support and foster positive client interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common business objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and project management abilities.
