Job Description, Responsibility and tasks:

a. Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.

b. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

c. Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.

d. Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.

e. Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.

f. Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.

g. Assess, manage and mitigate risks.

h. Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers.

i. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries.

j. Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand

Authorities:

a. Review specifications for equipment to be acquired.

b. Plan and execute approved purchases.

c. Monitor Vendor performance, enter or remove vendor from Approved Vendor List.

d. Manage a robust profit margin from procurement – sales activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
