JOB SUMMARY:

The Head of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing and leading the departments: Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Workforce/Partner Management and Performance Monitoring. Ensuring service quality, financial performance and strategy execution as directed by the Board of Directors to achieve growth targets..

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Multi-Department Management & Coordination

  • Supervise the entire operations of the company and related departments
  • Close coordination between Marketing – Ops – CS – Workforce to ensure overall efficiency
  • Optimize costs, productivity and service quality in each stage

2. KPI Tracking & Operational Efficiency Optimization

  • Establish, monitor, and evaluate daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for each function.
  • Control service quality, including completion rate, ratings, and response time.
  • Analyze operational data and implement timely improvement actions.
  • Ensure cost efficiency and optimal utilization of resources.

3. Strategy Execution & Project Management

  • Transforming Management direction into clear action plans
  • Monitor progress, ensure business goals and service quality
  • Proactively propose innovative solutions to create sustainable growth

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations management (preferably in service or tech/app-based industries).
  • Strong team leadership skills with proven ability in KPI monitoring and performance management.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good communication skills in English; Malaysia.
