What you'll be doing?
  • Develop digital strategies: Create and implement cutting-edge digital marketing plans to boost brand awareness and grow our client's follower base across various social media platforms.
  • Analyze and optimize: Monitor key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and engagement.
  • Lead advertising initiatives: Guide the creation and execution of compelling advertising strategies, including promotions and campaigns.
  • Support operations: Collaborate with operations teams to drive sales, promote events, and execute targeted marketing activities.
  • Manage partnerships: Handle sponsorships and collaborations to align with overall advertising goals and brand vision.
  • Stay industry-savvy: Conduct ongoing research to keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital marketing.
  • Drive performance: Analyze sales data and advertising channels to identify areas for improvement and optimize outcomes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Events, Creative, and CRM teams to ensure integrated and impactful advertising efforts.
  • Budget management: Develop and oversee financial plans for advertising activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Multi-channel expertise: Utilize a diverse range of advertising channels, including Google My Business, social media, websites, influencer marketing, and traditional media.
  • Campaign execution: Plan and implement advertising campaigns, media buys, and SEO/SEM strategies to maximize reach and impact.
  • Metric mastery: Analyze key performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPR to continuously improve advertising effectiveness.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Mass Communication, or a related field. This foundation will provide you with the necessary knowledge to excel in this role.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in advertising, marketing, or related fields. Your track record will be valuable in driving success for our client.
  • Social media prowess: Demonstrated ability to grow social media followers, engagement, and brand presence through strategic content planning and platform-specific campaigns.
  • Multilingual communication: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. These language skills are essential for effectively planning and executing advertising campaigns targeting Malaysia's diverse audience segments.
  • Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience in media buying and SEO/SEM. Your data-driven approach will be crucial in optimizing campaign performance.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using advertising tools, CRM systems, and campaign management platforms. Your technical skills will help streamline and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Team player: Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative. Your ability to work well with others and bring fresh ideas to the table will be highly valued.
