We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Senior Marketing Executive to strengthen our corporate partnerships, expand business opportunities, and support the hospital's growth in the local market.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients, GPs, insurance partners, TPAs, and community organizations.
  2. Build, maintain, and grow strategic stakeholder relationships to support long-term business.
  3. Manage existing corporate clients to ensure satisfaction, engagement, and repeat utilization.
  4. Plan and coordinate corporate health talks, wellness programmes, and on-site screenings.
  5. Prepare proposals, quotations, and tailored corporate healthcare packages.
  6. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and business opportunities.
  7. Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of corporate healthcare services.
  8. Track and report business development performance, including leads, conversions, and revenue.

Education and Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business development or corporate servicing (healthcare preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possesses own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley.
  • Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
