Job Description

  • Provides tactical marketing and analysis support to internal customers including: customer profiling, segmentation, customer lifetime value analysis, attrition models, machine learning models, and local market opportunity analysis.
  • Using analytical and visualization software to access, transform integrate, analyze and visualize data to help solve real problems and provide business insight.
  • Mine data from primary and secondary sources. Clean and prune data to discard irrelevant information. Introduce new data source to improve machine learning models.
  • Identify customers for campaign targeting based on their needs and eligibility, and conduct in depth post implementation review for continues improvement and learning.
  • Work closely with client to identify business requirements and translating data into informative insights and report to help solve real problems and provide business insight. Design key metrics to track business performance and identify business issue and challenges.
  • Support the campaign management from leads identification, interim tracking, and fulfillment.
  • Analyze and interpret results using standard statistical tools and techniques.
  • Pinpoint trends, correlations and patterns in complicated data sets
  • Mentoring and coaching others to improve their analytical skills.

Job Requirement

  • Experience in analyzing data trends and recommend solutions/campaigns to create revenue or improve efficiency.
  • Experience in data visualization.
  • Analytical, creative and innovative approach in solving problems
  • Experience in building statistical model.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services industry is preferred
  • At least 5 years of business intelligence and analytic experience in the financial industry is preferred. Candidate with supervisory experience is preferred.
  • SAS/ SQL, Tableau/ Power BI and other analytics software (e.g. Python and R).
  • Possess leadership qualities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage senior stakeholders
