Job responsibilities:

  1. Monitor daily labor deployment across operational units to ensure optimal workforce allocation.
  2. Track and verify employee attendance, sick leave, emergency leave and overtime records.
  3. Prepare regular reports on workforce trends, absenteeism, and overtime usage for management review.
  4. Identify irregularities or repeated patterns of absenteeism and escalate to relevant departments for action.
  5. Assist in maintaining up-to-date labor records in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
  6. Coordinate with supervisors and HR to ensure accurate shift rosters and leave records.
  7. Support audits and inspections related to labor compliance and documentation.
  8. Assist in implementing strategies to improve attendance and reduce overtime costs.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee data.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
