PurchasingReview all BOM data issue PNRF & PO within L/T with against LN planned PO or customer batch material planningEnsure that the quality of the materials deliveredEnsure that the delivery schedule conform to the PMC planning date. Work to pull in or push out PO as neededCo-ordinate with IQA on rejected partsReview monthly excess, obsoletion material and material aging >60 day by working cross department to drive for solutionReview monthly Inventory turn achievement against KPIAdhere to company policies and proceduresSourcingTo ensure a smooth flow of documentation distribution to respective departmentsTo ensure on preparation outward shipping documentation and all oversea exports are smooth flow with timely clearanceTo perform daily shipment report updateHandle order processing fulfillment and timely delivery to customerHandle full spectrum of logistic and shipping documentation ensuring compliance to regulation requirementLiaise with appointed agents for export shipments bookings based on shipment terms (FOB, DDU, EXW, CIF, etc.)Responsible to coordinate and ensure timely submission of monthly K2 Repots for M2 for agent/ transporterComparison of quotes with several shipping agents to get a reasonable priceRequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in related fieldAt least 2-3 years working experience in manufacturing environmentComputer literateExperience in logistics/transportation coordinationKnowledge in import/export documentation is an advantageStrong negotiation and communication skillLanguage: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, both spoken and written.
