We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support the smooth running of our office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, administrative processes, and providing support for day-to-day business activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
- Prepare and assist in generating quotations
- Organize and carry out administrative projects and processes for the company
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Maintain accurate records and timely reporting to management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must possess own transportation and valid license
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
- Preferable lives in Kerteh or nearby
